I am a lawyer and real estate advisor specializing in the Riviera Maya. My experience combines law, auditing, and real estate, allowing me to approach each transaction from a perspective that goes beyond mere real estate brokerage.

 

Throughout my career I have collaborated on real estate requirements for national and international companies, including Grupo Carso, Grupo México, ACCIONA, Mota-Engil, among others, facilitating solutions for lodging, warehouses, offices, hotels and other commercial properties linked to their operations.

 

I have also assisted foreign clients and investors in the leasing and purchase of real estate in the Riviera Maya, even remotely, serving clients from Canada, the United States, Russia, Germany, the United Kingdom and other international markets.

 

Before establishing my real estate business, I worked for five years as an internal auditor for Federal Social Rehabilitation Centers within the Decentralized Administrative Body for Prevention and Social Rehabilitation. I have also participated in training public servants of the Federal Judiciary in General Legal Theory and Constitutional Law.

 

Today I integrate that legal, institutional and real estate experience to assist individuals, investors and companies in the search, contracting, acquisition, leasing and management of properties in the Riviera Maya, with a professional, strategic and personalized approach.
